High-tech process equipment including numerous devices and systems has become a must to meet the provisions of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The production area consists of a complex of clean rooms with a system of air showers supplied with air filtered in the air-conditioning and ventilation system, ensuring proper pressure gradient between the rooms. All steps of aseptic processing take place in class A/B clean rooms. The department is equipped with the processing systems (water for injection, purified water, clean steam, CIP/SIP cleaning systems) and state-of-the-art process equipment meeting GMP standards. Organisation of manufacturing processes and used technology ensure conditions for the manufacture of products in line with the European GMP requirements.
